Confidentiality: All participants are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding the discussions and personal information shared within the group. This includes refraining from disclosing identifying details about other group members outside of the sessions.

Respectful behaviour: Participants are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy at all times. This includes listening attentively, refraining from interrupting others, and avoiding judgmental or derogatory comments.

Attendance and punctuality: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. If unable to attend a session, members are encouraged to notify the group facilitators in advance.

Boundaries and limits of confidentiality: Participants should be aware of the limits of confidentiality, including situations where the facilitator may be legally obligated to disclose information (e.g., imminent risk of harm to self or others

Termination of services: The group facilitators reserve the right to terminate a participants involvement in workshops if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful

Payment: Participants wishing to access the workshop series offered by Gather & Weave have the following payment options.

Pay in full: Participants can choose to pay the total workshop fee upfront.

Instalment payments: Participants have the option to pay for the workshop series in 3x instalments as agreed upon during registration.

Refund Policy: At Gather & Weave, we strive to ensure that our workshops and events provide valuable experiences for all participants. To maintain the quality of our offerings and to accommodate the logistics involved in event planning, we have implemented the following refund policy.

No Refunds or Credits within 24 Hours: Gather & Weave does not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including change of mind, injury, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled workshop or event.

Refunds for Cancellations within 72-48 Hours: Workshop cancellations made within 72 to 48 hours of the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the workshop or event. This partial refund helps to cover event costs and preparations incurred by Gather & Weave.

Refunds for Cancellations Longer Than 72 Hours: Workshop cancellations made longer than 72 hours before the scheduled event will be eligible for a refund of 70% of the workshop or event cost. This refund percentage also accounts for event costs and preparations.

Processing Fee: Please note that any refund issued will incur a processing fee, which is set by the institution. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
